Product availability, regulatory status and approved intended use may vary by country. # Research, engineered into a diagnosis Temnography® began as a research programme focused on developing original, patentable technologies at the intersection of electronics, software and diagnostic imaging. This work led to the creation of Computerized Tissue Temnography, along with the patents, technical know-how and scientific expertise that underpin the technology. TEMNOGRAPHY was established as a company in 2023 to bring this technological heritage into a new phase of development, acquiring the original patents, know-how and accumulated expertise and accelerating the transition from research and prototypes to clinically validated, market-ready medical devices. Since then, TEMNOGRAPHY has driven the clinical development, regulatory activities, technical certification and clinical evidence generation required to support the commercialisation and international expansion of the TES HT family of devices. Today, the company is focused on bringing Temnography® technology into clinical practice while continuing to develop its broader technological and clinical potential. ## Our Journey 2023 ### TEMNOGRAPHY acquires the technology and patents Development of a novel low-power radiofrequency approach for the non-invasive assessment of intracranial abnormalities. 2023 ### First clinical feasibility studies Initial clinical investigations generated the first human evidence to support the continued development of TES HT. 2023 ### New GMDN category established A dedicated GMDN term was established for Temnography® technology, “Radio-frequency intracranial haemorrhage detector”, reflecting its distinctive technological approach. 2023 ### TES HT receives CE marking TES HT reaches its first major European regulatory milestone. 2024 ### TESCO prospective clinical programme launched The TESCO clinical programme was launched to prospectively evaluate TES HT in Emergency Department patients with mild head trauma or acute neurological symptoms, as part of a multicentre clinical development programme. 2025 ### IECEE CB Test Certificates obtained The TES HT family obtained IECEE CB Test Certificates, issued by TÜV Rheinland, covering the applicable IEC 60601 requirements for medical electrical equipment, including IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-6 and IEC 60601-1-2. 2026 ### First large prospective clinical validation results published Interim results from the prospective TESCO clinical study were published in BMC Emergency Medicine and indexed in PubMed, marking a major milestone in the clinical validation of TES HT. 2026 onward ### Expanding clinical and international development Continued clinical development, generation of additional evidence and regulatory progress will support the broader adoption of TES HT and the development of new Temnography® devices. ## Leadership Team ![Bruno Basile](https://temnography.com/images/company/team/bruno-basile.jpeg) ### Bruno Basile President & Founder, Director Healthcare technology inventor and entrepreneur with decades of experience in electronics and medical diagnostics.
